I am trying to do this too. I have all the DDI's lined up, got a BRI Fax
card all working, and I just need to program up my Pbx (Mitel ICP3300) to
pass on the DDI (last 4 digits of phone number) to the fax card.... Just
learning how to do that now. I have used the Suse 9.0 packages of hylafax
which appear to come with all the necessary scripts to route faxes according
to ddi's. Obviously I havent checked this yet tho.

After reading through the docs I think you will need at least a BRI
connection to your PBX. Everyone seems to say that you could in theory use
an analogue extension but I havnt found anything that explains how to do it.

I will not have much time over the next three weeks to look into this much
more but will let you know if I get it all working.

Me too looking for a method to route incoming faxes based on dialed number
infomation. In this list it was discussed very lot, but very difficult to
find an answer to simple questions. Let;s compose the list of supported and
partially supported of routing methods and supported hardware lists. And
also would be greate to place a section into HylaFAQ. Until this will not be
done many users will not find the solution that could be present in this
great soft. Regarding my case I'd ask 2 questions, how can I route incoming
faxes based on dialed number in case if I have PRI channel with Ericsson
BusinessPhone 250 PBX and would like to place a fax server on a analog
internal line behing the PBX (in PBX I can route many external numbers into
one internal) and what harware I need for that.
