Right now I need to keep a copy of all faxes. I'm using faxqclean
with the -A switch to ensure this. The archive directory keeps a
copy of each fax and its logs in a sub-directory, which is named
based off the faxes "q" number. What happens when the "q" number
wraps around?
As it is it overwrites. Call it a feature for limited filesystem
space ;-)
Really, the archive script was meant to be an example only for
"typical" use. For now I would hope that people using it would
customize it a bit... or at least know what it does.
Unfortuately my c++ skill is at the most basic of levels, so hacking
faxqclean is a long way off for me.
You don't need to hack faxqclean, just the bin/archive script (which is
shell).
