Because it is the latest version it is for sure not the problem
mentioned in the FAQ with Bad exit status which is dated of 1996.

Calling the batch  faxrcvd  with the normal parameters works fine, so I
think it is not a missing metamail of something like this.


Did you try as fax/uucp user or as root?
Have the faxfiles the correct owner and group (fax/uucp)?
