Are you sure that this is the correct log? The complete message is
"Connection is droped with reason 0x3304 (Another application got that 
call)."
This message explains itself.
There should be another log ending like

Oct 22 19:10:20.83: [ 4009]: Fax received and calling 
'/var/spool/fax/bin/faxrcvd "recvq/fax00654.tif" "S1RP" "00002075" "" 
"+49 xxxxxxxxxx" "" "xxx"'.
Oct 22 19:10:22.57: [ 4009]: Connection is droped with reason 0x3400 (No 
additional information).
Oct 22 19:10:22.57: [ 4009]: SESSION END

And this tells you which script handles incoming faxes: bin/faxrcvd.
