Change 4602 to 4603.
hylafax uses FTP-like protocol, which requires 2 ports. The main port
on the server, and port-1 on the client data connections.
If you use faxstat -vvv, it uses the protocol properly, and will trace
the protocol as you use it.
How about running them on, say, 14559 and 24559.
Of course, you can pick any ports, just make sure that the one directly
beneath it (port - 1) is available, and any firewall/etc. knows about
your port usage.
In your case, when the server get's the "list" command, it tries to
create the data socket, but your other server is already running on port
4601, so it can't use that.
