Your redacted repost of my private email makes it look like I'm recommending
Class 2.1. For the benefit of the list, who you cc'd on this email, the
context was:

> CVS is good if you want to run in Class1 with experimental ECM.
> Class 2 is good if you want to run in Class 2.1 with MultiTech's ECM.

You're correct, Multitech's ECM (Class 2) will be done in a black box, and
the implementation in CVS now (Class 1) can be made to be quite verbose.

I would reconsider this eventually.
