I guess I'm confused; according to the man page, enscript outputs either
to a device or a PS file:
DESCRIPTION
Enscript converts text files to PostScript and spools generated
PostScript output to the specified printer or leaves it to file.
HTML is typically one of the output formats (eg, for colorized and
pretty-printed source code listings) but it seems like there is a use
for enscript in this context, especially given the amount of formatting
control you get over the output.
Enscript is used as the back-end syntax-highlighting and formatting
engine for viewcvs, and it works great (except on in-line comments
sometimes).
I'm a little swamped right now, but I'll try and play with this a little
when I have time...
Steve
