[hylafax-users] Apply config changes

I need to change MaxDials default value. I've added the following line to
etc/config:
MaxDials: 5
then I've restarted faxd (under RH /etc/rc.d/init.d/hylafax restart), I
try to send a fax and MaxDials is still set to 12.
How can I apply config changes?
