I'm informed that http://freeware.sgi.com/ has hylafax-4.1.2 ... perhaps you
should start there?
If you install that and are still having trouble, please send a session log
collected at 0xFFF session log level to the list.
(or course 4.1.7 is still recommended ... perhaps the SGI maintainers will
eventually package that up for you)
