One of our customers is apparently getting a wedge condition using Hylafax with our RocketModem II. It appears the hardware and driver is functioning properly on our end. RedHat with a 2.4.18-24.8 release. He says it's Redhat 9 but I thought RedHat 9 came with a later version of kernel. We are known not to work with Redhat 8 kernel 2.4.18 (it can't compile the driver). He has sent in error logs from what he describes as a successful fax and one that creates a wedge on the same port, /dev/ttyR0.
What would be the approrpiate part of the logs I should include to help solve this?
