[hylafax-users] dial rules????

Hello Everyone,

Please forgive a question from a newbie about dial rules.

How does one set up dial rules for an area where there are multiple area codes 
that are considered local calls?

Specifically, I am located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.  My area code is 905.  

Not far enough to be considered long distance is Toronto, area code 416.  And 
just to really throw a monkey wrench into what is already a mess, phone 
numbers within area code 905 may or may not be long distance.

So, all numbers within 416 area code must be dialed without a 1 in front of 
them, and numbers within the 905 area may or may not need a 1 in front of 
them.

Clear as mud???

any help or pointers to help would be greatly appreciated!
