You should increase log level, by adding
SessionTracing: 11 (or similar)
to your config.<devid>; then resend a fax. If you see something about RTN,
then try adding
RTNHandlingMethod: ignore
param to you config.
Upgrading to lates versions could help since many improvements have been
made.
You can try switching class (1 to 2 or vice versa), if trying with class1
you should consider upgrading since class1 support is much better now thanks
to Lee.
