1-) Tell your stuff to email their "to be faxed out" documentts to that controller person. He can send the fax one he confirms it.

or

2-) copy the faxsend program to faxsend.fax. write a new script faxsend which checks the sender then

  a-) if the sender is your controller then activate the faxsend.fax => fax is semt

  b-) if not then attach the fax file and send a mail to controller person, delete the fax job => controller gets the attachment cheks it and sends again. this time the sender is the controller and rule "a" above applies

hello;

 

i have a problem with hylafax.i am running hylafax properly,i tried it with several clients and it is running perfect with zyxel.But the thing  i have to need is that i want to collect all faxes in one point before the people sent them.Also all faxes will be routed to one authorized people, after that this people will read this faxes and confirm the delivery of fax to relavant fax number.How can i realize this configuration?

 

This is a urgent problem for me...
