[hylafax-users] processing time in failed faxes

hi again :)

is it possible to get the processing time even from rejected/failed faxes?
for example when the destination is a normal human phone number and somebody
speaks with our fax server :-)

i noticed that i could grep that out of the commfiles, but maybe there is a
more elegantly solution.
