[hylafax-users] How to convert tts to standard time format

hi, all,

just have a quick question, every time, when i send a
fax, there is a file under ../sendq directory, in this
file, there is one item: tts,

how can i convert this tts to standard time format
like MM-DD-YYYY hh:mm?
