Well, it sort of depends on how you're trying to do it.  If you are
trying to fax directly from PostScript (which you might be, depending
on which program you're faxing from), then you merely need to make sure
that the copy of the GhostScript interpreter on your machine can find
your Chinese fonts.

If you're trying to fax from text files, you're going to have a much
more difficult time; the program which translates text to PostScript
for faxing is called textfmt, and it's regrettable Anglo-centric -- it
only knows from 7-bit ASCII.
