[hylafax-users] restrict SignalRate

Hi,

We have HylaFAX 4.1.5 installed on RH Linux 8 in receive-only mode. Eight analog
Class2 modem installed on a Multitech serial board. Most of the incoming faxes have many
(>30%) bad lines if the SignalRate during the transmission is 14400 bps.
My question is:
Is it possible to restrict the SignalRate between the sender and receiver? (e.g. 9600 bps)

(We already tried to play with Class1 and flow control but the results are the same
if SignalRate during transmission is 14400 bps.)

Thanks in advance,
