[hylafax-users] Problems with faxgetty

It appears that I cannot share a line that I usually use for voice with 
faxgetty.  
Whenever I go to use the phone for regular outbound voice phone calls on 
the same line faxgetty seems to be (rudely) answering the phone, 
producing a calling or answering fax tone.   That's not all.  I am 
monitoring modem communications with minicom.  It indicates that the 
modem is being reset about every minute or so.  Is that normal?
