The mechanisms provided by HylaFAX for formatting and manipulating the
content of the tagline don't work with C4H as faxsend and everything
afterwards is replaced by c2faxsend.
Tagline is fixed with C4H to (from left to right):
LocalIdentifier - FaxNumber - ISDN-Time (!!!) - PageNo
The "ISDN-Time" is the time sent from your ISDN-provider. It is
recognized via CAPI i think.
Omitting information is left blank.
