One more thing: can you send a fax with "sendfax -n -v -d NUMBER
/FILENAME"

Please try to send a fax, maybe with sending letīs say /etc/smb.conf
to your own number.

If thatīs possible: what client do you use? Can it connect to the
server (you have to allow external access in
/var/spool/fax/etc/host.hfaxd ).

Whatīs a that stuff, when your typing in "faxstat". Here I have:

debian:/var/spool/fax/etc # faxstat
HylaFAX scheduler on debian.wg: Running
Modem faxCAPI (+49.951.5193311): Running and idle
debian:/var/spool/fax/etc #

ByE!

Stefan
