[hylafax-users] Cover Pages and Banners

Hi there,
  I have been digging through the mailing list archives looking for an
answer to this.

Essentially, I don't want a full on cover page, just a banner on the top of
the page, in an email->fax setup, because the detail in the email with the
banner could be put on a single page.

I found an old thread about altering textfmt.c++ and adding a macro into
faxmail.ps, but it doesn't seem to have made any difference.

Plus there is something in the TPE software which does something along those
lines, but I am not a perl person, so I don't know how it does it.

Anybody got any ideas/information?
