Theoretically, without the patch you'd have a hard time receiving faxes
in MMR anyway... although it could occur with RTFCC or be forced by
configuration.

It's in CVS now and probably won't apply cleanly to 4.1.5 source. I'd
recommend pulling CVS, instead.
