[hylafax-users] communication

I'm trying to interpret errors in hylafax. Can anyone tell me who is
who in the following negociation?

Feb 12 07:20:52.78: [ 1695]: DELAY 1500 ms
Feb 12 07:20:54.28: [ 1695]: <-- [9:AT+FTH=3\r]
Feb 12 07:20:54.32: [ 1695]: --> [7:CONNECT]
Feb 12 07:20:54.34: [ 1695]: --> [7:CONNECT]
Feb 12 07:20:56.40: [ 1695]: --> [2:OK]
Feb 12 07:20:56.40: [ 1695]: <-- [9:AT+FRH=3\r]
Feb 12 07:20:56.72: [ 1695]: --> [7:CONNECT]
Feb 12 07:20:57.33: [ 1695]: --> [5:ERROR]

Is "-->" my modem or the hylafax program speaking to the modem?

Is "<--" the other fax machine or the hylafax program speaking to the modem?

Basically who is "-->" and who is "<--"

Thanks in advance.

- Frank
