[hylafax-users] All received lines are bad

I've setup hylafax 4.1.5 on a FreeBSD 4.7 system and it's been working
great..

..except from the one client (that I know about) who is sending faxes in via
their PC/modem combo

This setup worked fine when we just had a fax machine in place so the finger
is being pointed at me.

What steps can you guys recommend for me to try and fix the problem?

Here's my config.cuaa0
