[hylafax-users] Faxes just sit in the sendq

I think I have hylafax 4.1.5 setup to the best of my
knowledge but I sent 8 faxjobs 4 from using "sendfax"
on the localhost and the other four from "send a fax"
from kde on another workstation and I can see the jobs
in the sendq but they just sit there. 

I have a U.S. Robotics 56k External modem and the
ARQ/Fax light just keeps blinking and the cs (Carrier
Send) light remains solid. after a few hours there is
only one job in the sendq so what happened to the
other jobs? I know they didn't get sent. Am I missing
a step? How can I troubleshoot this more? No error
messages get generated to the best of my knowledge.
