[hylafax-users] No response to EOP repeated 3 times

Hi,
I loaded hylafax-4.1.5-1rh7.i386.rpm on
a stock rh 7.3 server. I have a Us Robotics Sportster 56K  Fax
External modem attached to /dev/ttyS0
I can fax back to my fax machine no probs.
This is the partial output of the log file.

Any suggestions?
This fax machine works fine with all the other fax machines
