The default installation for HylaFax is for FaxDispatch to be
in $HYLAFAXDIR/etc/FaxDispatch, /var/spool/hylafax/etc/FaxDispatch
in the case of my Red Hat 7.1 box. I think SuSE does some goofy
things with their placement of the HylaFax stuff.
