Dear Friend,

I had the same trouble as you.
( I am using the  ' sendfax (options) -d "(PHONE)" "(TMP)"  ' command for
sending faxes within StarOffice.)

One of the possibel reason could be the contradiction of default page size
settings in StarOffice and HylaFax.
I  have added the "-s a4" parameter to the sendfax options and this solved my
problem, because the default page size in HylaFAX was american letter.

In case you are translating the source yourselves, you will be asked for
setting the default page size.
