Thanks to Giulio's advise,
I did a small test and I found out that faxes received by a regular fax machine
are OK and only faxes submited by Hylafax fax server have this problem.
So I followed his advise and I changed 
PageChop: none
in the file "hyla.conf" on the 'sender'.
/etc/hylafax/hyla.conf  for hylafax 4.1.5
(or /usr/share/fax/hyla.conf for hylafax-4.1.1)
Now PS and PDF attachements are OK.

But do you have any explanation why the text of chopped page 
goes at the end of the page, not in the begginnig?
