[hylafax-users] Error source / reason?

We're getting messages like:

We have our own fax handling script that does a lot of work on the files
and logs.  At what point can we know that HylaFax is done processing them
in whatever fashion it does (as above)?  Our script runs as part of
faxrcvd and makes full database entries on our received faxes & printed
status and I didn't think keeping the files around after that was still
necessary.
