Yes, the way I do it is to build a new fax cover page with the wizard, one
of the questions it asks is to send just a cover page, or attach a document,
select the attach document and then when you print to the hylafax/cypheus,
do the preview, then rearrange the pages so that the cover page is on top,
works fine, but requires more user intervention
