you need to establish a second connection to HylaFAX using passive
FTP and send the document through the port HylaFAX tells you in the
answer of PASV command. You should do this using a binary stream
(e.g. using WinSock control). Before you are able to send the
document, send STOT command to HylaFAX in order to get an unique
file name.
