[hylafax-users] RH7.3 cu command not found

Installing hylafax for the first time, following the instructions posted 
at http://www.hylafax.org/setup.html#faxsetup. I got to the Starting 
Outbound Service part, and did faxmodem ttyS4, then did cu -l ttyS4.
[root@soldier root]# cu -1 ttyS4
bash: cu: command not found

The usr2799 modem is correctly installed and configured. I did a binary 
installation of hylafax, mgetty and mgetty-viewfax, ran faxsetup and later 
fqaxaddmodem to change a setting in there. The documetation is really 
good, so far everything configures as it is supposed to according to the 
docs, until I got to this one command.

So the questin is, can I skip over this section of the docs, and if not, 
what do I do to get this to work?
