[hylafax-users] problem with NAK'd

hi,
I have installed WHFC and i'm installed the apple printer.
when i configured hylafax and i want print a test page it' s ok.
when i click ok in the windows message printer whfc return this error:
"failed to submit job 19: unspecified reason schedule NAK'd request"

how solve this problem?
