[hylafax-users] ERR Unknown problem (check modem power)



Hi all,

I had to send a fax to a lot of destinations.
Many of them failed with status "ERR Unknown problem (check modem power)".
I don't believe in the modem power error - the modem is connected and other
faxes of this mass faxing series are sent out and others are received very
well.

I had a look at the mailing-list archive, but could neither find a suitable
explanation to that error nor a proper and working solution.

My system is SuSE Linux 8.0, HylaFAX 4.1.3 and I am using a Creatix SG 2834
modem, configured as class 2 modem.
