[hylafax-users] Where to put the X-Fax-D

Hi!

I´ve got a problem with the X-Fax-paramter. I´ve used pine to send a fax. Yes, it worked. Then I tried to get a confirmation mail using the X-FAX-d parameter... But this did not work :-( Where should I set the paramter? If I write the parameter als first row of mail body it is not interpreted. It´s olny printed on my fax. Where is the mistake?
