Well there is a possibility around in Germany to do this
with a ISDN-Card (e.g. B1) but you have to change some
stuff the card behaves....

I read a German howto about it ... There are also some
folks having implemented it AFAIK. 

If someone is interested, I'll pick it up, but it is 
in German.
