Number of pages is unknown to the scheduler until the documents are read 
(and converted). And this doesn't occur until there is a modem ready to 
send the fax. You don't have any modem ready (they would appear in 
faxstat) so that's normal (and your faxes will never be sent).

Try running faxgetty for your modem(s) (and set number of rigns to answer 
to 0 if you don't want them to receive faxes)
