Have you tried conevrting yourself.  Just go to the recvd directory, take a 
tiff, and then apply tiff2ps follows by ps2pdf.  See what you get.

Untill you have done this it could still be a problem with the conversion 
scripts.  Although you updated them, you should stil manually try and see 
what happens.

If that works, then your next place to debug is to figure out if the 
mime-encoding process has gotten screwed up.

As I asked before, it could depend on whether you are using metamail or 
uuencode, and something is just being called wrong.

What are you using?
