[hylafax-users] Waiting for modem to come ready - USR on RedHat 7.3 possible workaround

I was having the same problem that others were -
After a fax was sent, the modem would not answer,
and faxstat reported "Waiting for modem to come ready"

I noticed that in this state, the TR light on the modem was off,
but came back on if I restarted faxgetty. So I commented out the
line in config.ttyS0 which said:
ModemSetupDTRCmd ...

Now it works!
