I am having the same issue. Here is my log, and it is stating the same thing.

 

I am receiving about 95% of my faxes that I am aware of. I have been running into a strange issue though with about 5 customers, and that is when they use their speed dial on their fax machines, it will not send all the pages. When they manually dial, it works fine. I really doubt that they are related, but I am getting more and more concerned. I am using an isicom 8 port internal modem card, and am switching over to a different server with the latest release of Hylafax, and using an 8 port serial card for that one to see if any of the above may be fixed.

Any suggestions??
