Well, ok I tried it a few more times... I get the same results. Waiting for
modem to come ready after sending a fax. I don't think the
ModemBaudRateDelay fix works here. 

Still searching for a solution (or perhaps a new modem?) :)

Have you tried the ModemBaudRateDelay fixe by Lee?
