[hylafax-users] cypheus-hylafax - high resolution send ERROR

hello ng,

if i want to fax with cypheus latest stable and hylafax, everything works without troubles.

BUT if i want to send HIGH resolution (196dpi) , i get following error in my logfile!


docq/doc20.ps.20: Warning, unknown field with tag 32934 (0x80a6) ignored.
Unexpected failure converting TIFF document; the command
    /usr/bin/tiffcp -i -c g3:1d -f lsb2msb -r 9999  docq/doc20.ps.20 docq/doc20.ps;01
failed with exit status 9.  This conversion was done because:
Document requires reformatting, not in Group 3 format.

i tried to FAXSETUP hylafax with resolution 98 -----> error 
i tried then to FAXSETUP hyla with resolution 196----> error 

wonder about the unknowf field with tag..... and whats exit error 9. how to know, whats
wrong about it! ;)

PLEASE HELP - faxes with 98dpi are not very useful and bad to read!
