[hylafax-users] notifyaddr setting?

Where do I set the notifyaddr setting?

I have a user "test" in hosts.hfaxd and faxd is trying to send email to 
"test@ip-63-195.is.wvu.edu" which is not even my FQDN in DNS.

I tried adding a user "test@foobar.wvu.edu" and it tries to send email 
to "test@foobar.wvu.edu@ip-63-195.is.wvu.edu"
