Ok, i have changed the permission of /var/spool/fax/etc/hosts.hfaxd and now i can login. Thanks.

Now i have a new problem.
When i try to send a fax i get this error message:

460 Failed to submit job 6: Unable to open scheduler FIFO: No such file or directory.

I have look at the permissions of FIFO and FIFO.faxCAPI, but are the same of the old version(4.1beta3):

ls -l /var/spool/fax/*FIFO* 
prw-------    1 fax      uucp            0 lug 30 12:51 /var/spool/fax/FIFO
prw-rw-rw-    1 fax      uucp            0 lug 30 12:38 /var/spool/fax/FIFO.faxCAPI

and in my /usr/local/lib/fax/hfaxd.conf i have

FaxQFIFOName:	"/var/spool/fax/FIFO"			## FIFO name for talking to faxq process

I think it is a problem of permissions, but where?
