Try upgrading to 4.1.2 ?

Timing, probably.  There have been a number of things done along these 
regards since 4.1.

This is probably a problem caused by that 75 ms delay.  I think these days 
HylaFAX listens for silence before attempting +FTH after MPS.  That would 
alleviate this problem.

And this is basically a result of the above timing problem... we blindly 
expect to get a page even though our MCF failed... and, as expected, the 
remote is still in V.21.
