[hylafax-users] Help with unreadable tif attachments

Morning
I am using Hylafax
4.1.2 on a Redhat 7.3 server
I have Hylafax configured so I can receive
faxes just fine.
It is setup to email me a .tif file as an attachment,
no matter what
format I choose (.tif or .pdf) I am unable to read the
attachment when
I receive it. However, if I click on the FTP link I can
view the attachment just fine while it is sitting on the server.
I have tried
downgrading libtiff to 3.5.5-13, this had no effect on the problem.
I did get it working correctly with
attachments on a Redhat 7.2 server.
What am I
missing?
