I am pretty sure Outlook will not display images inline unless they are part
of an html email. If there is a tif to jpeg converter out there you could
convert the tif to jpg, then build an HTML email embedding the jpg file in
the email. I think Outlook will let you do this. You'd have to hack up a
custom faxrcvd for this to work.
