Thanks for info about the log.  I had to remove the -f from the
FAXHOST='hostname -f'.
After I did this faxes sent through relay fax transmitted.

You can turn procmail logging on.  Look at the RelayFax procmailrc file
for how to do this.  Then look at the log.

Chances are, though, that you've missed something in the setup.
