[hylafax-users] RecvDataFormat in config.device does not work?

I want to change the format that Hylafax uses when creating tiffs, so I added:

RecvDataFormat: "1-D MR"

To the file config.device. I then killed and restarted faxgetty. Yet, it 
appears that the method being used hasn't changed:

Is there another way that this is supposed to be done?
